How flexible is CLI Select if my needs change?+
CLI Select Advantage: We offer a simple 90-day termination policy with no exit fees. We earn our agents' trust and build long-term relationships.
Are there upfront costs to join CLI Select?+
CLI Select Advantage: Absolutely no buy-in or startup fees. Join with zero upfront investment.
How does the commission structure maximize my earnings?+
CLI Select Advantage: For direct carrier appointments that rollup under CLI's carrier agreements the compensation structure is as follows:
- 100% of commissions go directly to your agency.
- Up to 98% profit-share with no production minimums.
- Keep 100% of any additional carrier incentives.
For Select Market carrier appointments that roll up under CLI's carrier agreements, the compensation structure is as follows:
- Commissions are paid directly to CLI Select.
- CLI Select's Accounting team reconciles commissions and remits payment to your agency monthly by the 21st.
- 90% of commission is paid to your agency; 10% is retained by CLI Select to cover administrative costs.
- 90% of profit-sharing (with no production minimums) is paid to your agency; 10% is retained by CLI Select for management and distribution of funds.
- 90% of any additional carrier incentives are paid to your agency.
Are ongoing fees reasonable and predictable?+
CLI Select Advantage: Simple, transparent pricing: $1,000/month flat fee. No scaling costs or surprises.
Will I have access to specialty and hard-to-place markets?+
CLI Select Advantage: With access to both CLI Select's and Keystone's specialty carrier relationships — including E&S markets — you are equipped to serve complex and hard-to-place risks. In addition, CLI Select offers an in-house sales team available for referrals, assisting with both commercial and high-net-worth personal lines customers.
